Description

The Jetline is a high performance, low profile in-line fan featuring silent-block motor mounting to reduce vibrations and lower the sound level of operation. The Jetline uses a quick fit mounting bracket for fast installations and is suitable for mounting in any position.

There are 6 models in the range matching standard duct sizes from 100 to 315mm diameter.

Construction
Outer housing and foot mount are made of pressed galvanised steel providing a very robust construction. Internal housing and patented centrifugal impeller are from injected moulded plastic.
Motors
Type – Single-speed, squirrel cage induction motor.
Electricity supply – 220-240V, single-phase, 50/60Hz for 100-250 models. - 220-240V, single-phase 50Hz for 315 model.
Bearings - sealed for life, ball.
Speed-controllable using VA type speed controllers.
Class F Insulation, IP44.
Internal Thermal Protection
By fuse for 100-125 models, and for 150-315 models manual-reset thermal overload protection device in accordance with mandatory requirements for in-duct fans AS/NZS60335-2-80:2016.

Suggested Specification

The in-line fans shall be of the Jetline Series as supplied by Fantech Pty Ltd and be of the model numbers shown on the schedule/drawings.

 

Impellers shall be of the centrifugal design and driven by a singlephase, speed motor with integral thermal protection. The fan outer casing and mounting foot shall be of pressed galvanised steel and internal housing including the impeller made from injected moulded plastic.

All models shall be fully tested to ISO5801: Part1, 1997 for air flow and ISO 13347-3 2004 for noise.
